Am in an awesome mood this morning in spite of it being that-time-of-the-month – think I should settle down for an emotional day ugh! It’s so great to wake up and check in with subscriptions and see what Joy’s posted on the blog, mornings are great fun these days!!
Three main things for today:- stay calm, take it easy on myself
- go over all my health goals and re-motivate
- eat nothing that’s not on my personal “menu” (ie normal eating and nothing but – I need to feel in control today!)
- tai chi + something
- walk an hour
- pay in cheque at lunchtime
- update spending sheet
- work: get on with nasty stuff today, put my mind at rest and then I’ll be able to relax for the rest of the week.
- 1hr translation
- call grandparents
- washing
- some mixture of painting, thinky-time, scrapbooking and collapsing as necessary!
