Today's to-do list:
Hoping that this week will be a bit less manic than last week: going to try and focus on health, painting and having a big think about plans for the second half of the year.
Nice straightforward list today:
* tai chi + something
* swim - focus on speed, not distance!
* normal eating
* walk for an hour 
* work: lots of little things = huge list, plus a meeting
* 1hr translation
* get outside at lunchtime
Tonight:
* washing up!
* washing
* call grandparents
* painting
* soak feet
