Hey Joy, sounds like you had a good quiet morning and a nice quiet day! I loved the pictures of the students at your shop and the street and being able to imagine where you live a bit better.

I am soooo happpyyyyy today!! I don't know why but I think it's because...

• I went running this morning!! I ran further before and faster and I felt great about it afterwards!
• It's another really gorgeous sunny day
• I got out of the office at lunchtime for a walk... my camera batteries died halfway through :( but I managed to get some good pictures of doors! I will put them up here tonight...
• While I was walking I heard one of my favourite bands (Sugababes) doing a live warm-up on the stage for the Nelson Mandela concert tomorrow
• My best-work-friend is at work today and we had lots of time to drink tea and natter :)
• I drank a lot of tea today!!
• Got new translation from a different boss... translation is my favourite part of my job and I hope I can do it professionally or even freelance someday, so all the extra practice is good. This new work should come in every month now so I will always have more and more translation to work at, and it's a different topic from before so I can learn more new words about different subjects. It's fascinating!!
• It's almost the weekend...
• K sent me a package from Japan, and it's due to arrive early next week... he got some presents for me and I can't wait to see them! (by the way, glad to hear that PT is coming back soon!!!! you must be excited!)
• I don't have any plans this weekend so I can relax at last...
• Tonight (if I'm not so tired that I fall straight to sleep!) I have a totally free evening! I can paint and hopefully get close to finishing my painting project, upload some photos, write in my journal, and do some scrapbooking, while watching a movie. I love relaxing evenings like that!
