Right, I have been doing a few silly things recently and I need to get a handle on them. (1) I’ve been having too much caffeine, not realising how tired I am, and pushing too hard to get stuff done at work – need to ease up now and save some energy for me-time at the weekends. (2) I have a lot of plans this month but I have started having nightmares about some of them so I think I am just not as sociable as I have planned to be! Need to get through the stuff I’ve already promised to do, and then think carefully before agreeing to more stuff!! (3) mystery-situation-C! Leave it alone! It’s not worth it!
With that in mind today is going to be a virtually caffeine-free day of calm, it’s time to take the pace down a notch or two and realise that everything does NOT have to be done at once – it’s just when I get pumped up I feel like it does! In reality I can work through everything at my own speed and it’ll all work out fine.

- update budget
- get card sorted
- look up birthday dates
- work: where are the blimmin bank statements??!
- 1hr translation
- get out at lunchtime
- if time, start on next set of vocab cards
- Clean the bathroom?? (If I can face it, but it’s becoming a bit of a If not now, when?! situation!)
