how are you doing today? i am now getting 100% well. i can get back to my normal routine and i could run like a mad woman again. today i have a visit from 2 friends. one is from bangkok and another is from songkhla. one from bangkok comes to take holiday in songkhla so in the late morning, pt and i showed them around in hadyai town. we went to see a big buddha statue on the top of the hill in hadyai town. and in the afternoon we are going to yor island to eat yummy seafood. i will take lots of pictures for you tomorrow..
