this morning, i went out running with pt at the dam in psu. we went there at 6 am. the sun hadn't come up yet. it was misty and quiet. the air was pure and fresh. we started off by walking one round and then running 3 rounds, followed by walking along the road in the forest. pt is an active running. he kept pushing me to run faster and longer. he loves to come out and run every day..

on the first round of walking, we noticed spider webs wet with morning dew.
after running, we took another path to walk and cool down..
I will take another routes tomorrow and post different pictures.. have a nice and fun weekend...
